British made this replacement encoder assembly which is suitable for the Newer PowaKaddy Freeway without display and indicator lights (it has an oval central tube on the trolley - 2013 onwards).

if your trolley has the Blue Chinese encoder which has orange sprung connectors, you cannot use this encoder without changing the controller.
